Return / Shipping / Cancellation Policies

Return Policy 

We believe in our products and know that you will be delighted with your purchase.  We have a 100% guarantee that our products are pure and genuine.  However, if you are not satisfied, you may receive credit for your purchase provided the following conditions are met:

The product is returned to Nature's Excellence Inc. within 15 days of purchase.

All returns are in resalable condition including tamper evident cap. Acceptance of returned items is at the discretion of Nature's Excellence Inc.

All freight and shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless specified

Nature's Excellence Inc. cannot issue credit for items purchased through a retail store or any location other than our online store.  Any items purchased in a retail store must be returned to the store in accordance with their return policy.

Please repackage the item/s carefully and ship using delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages on returns or for items lost in transit. 

All sales of Private Label products are final. Because Private Label products are made with your company name, we do not accept returns.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: 

Nature's Excellence Inc. offers UPS Ground to the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). 


Shipping Times: 

Nature's Treasures products usually ship out same day if order is placed by 9 am.

Original private label orders will usually be shipped within five days after written label approval. Labels will be designed on a first order basis. Actual design times will vary due to existing work log and the parameters of your label.

Repeat orders on private label products will usually be shipped within two business days of receipt of order.

Original Display orders can take 30 to 45 days to ship


Shipping Cost:

All product orders above $100.00 ship for free! All orders below $100.00 will be charged a $20.00 shipping and handling fee.

The shipping rate for displays is determined by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping zone.


Damaged, Shipping Errors

Damaged Product: Our Shipping Department takes great care in processing and packing orders.  However, if any damages have occurred during shipment, please contact Nature's Excellence Inc. at krw@frontiernet.net or call Customer Service at 612-759-7602 within 48 hours of receipt of package. Please keep all packing material as the carrier may require examination of damages.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders are usually processed within two (2) hours of submission including weekends, though the actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season. All orders cancelled after the orders are being processed through our distribution will be charged a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $5.00 - whichever amount is greater.
